Thanks for your interest in teaming up with Wendll’s White River Roasters for a fresh Colorado air-roasted coffee fundraiser!

We want to keep it simple, so here is the pitch:

  • Your team sells the coffee for $15/pound, (you collect from customer) - you pay us $10/pound, when we deliver - your team profits $5/pound.

  • We can customize the labels with your logo on front and schedule or team message on back. 

  • You pick start and “turn-in date” (suggest two weeks) - distribution 7-10 days later.

  • You send us a team logo and a copy of your schedule or a team message for the labels. 

  • We will make up a flyer with four coffees (2-blends, 2-single origins, you can name them if you wish) - with an order form printed on the back of the flyer.

  • We print the “turn-in date” on the order form, as well as the distribution date.

  • We make color copies, put into envelopes and send to you to hand out. A “Best practice” we found: Run the sale for two weeks, give us a week to roast and deliver.

  • We will send a “master order sheet” with the flyer/order forms for you to fill out with names and totals at the end, then send to us to cross-check and we begin roasting.

  • You send us the master order sheet and we roast, grind if customer chooses, then label and bag. We make up individual cards for each team member and bag their coffee together.

  • When we deliver, you pay us from your non-profit account with tax-exempt number for $9/pound. We can accept checks or credit cards for payment.
